Rob Elliott-Lindsey is a Bay Area native who began his harm reduction journey at age 18 as a volunteer with HEPPAC. Through years of dedication and service, he now manages PHRS programs serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
Rob’s passion for harm reduction is rooted in lived experience, having grown up with both parents and other family members who were people who use drugs (PWUD). This experience shaped his commitment to compassion, dignity, and meeting people where they are.
As a manager, Rob remains boots on the ground, supporting staff and staying connected to the communities he serves. His long-term goal is to establish a nonprofit in partnership with HEPPAC that provides free, hot meals to the unhoused community through a food truck.
