Braunz E. Courtney serves as the Executive Director of HEPPAC, providing leadership and strategic direction while supporting the organization’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the communities it serves.

Rob Elliott-Lindsey is a Bay Area native who began his harm reduction journey at age 18 as a volunteer with HEPPAC. Through years of dedication and service, he now manages PHRS programs serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Janae Reynolds, MHA is a mission-driven public health leader with over a decade of experience designing and leading complex healthcare and community-based programs.
